Meet the Builder: Why Johnathan Understands Your Practice
Most websites are built by people who have never stood in an operatory or answered a front-desk phone. This one was built by someone who has spent a decade inside dental offices and a career before that making the phone ring for businesses of every kind.
Ten years inside the dental office
For the past decade I've worked in the dental industry, side by side with dentists, hygienists, assistants, office managers and the dealer reps who supply them. I've been trained in roughly 90% of the procedures performed in a general dental office, from hygiene and restorative work to implants, endodontics and digital impressions. I've run a sales district, and I've spent thousands of hours in practices watching how the day actually unfolds.
That means I don't have to guess what your patients ask, where your schedule slips, or why your front desk is overwhelmed by 10 a.m. I've seen it. This website is built around those real moments: the new patient who forgot their forms, the parent running ten minutes late, the call at 7 p.m. about a broken tooth.
I know dentistry from the chair side, and I know marketing from the phone side. Most people only know one.
A career spent making the phone ring
Before dentistry, I worked in media marketing, helping every kind of local business get found and get called: attorneys, doctors, contractors, restaurants, plumbers and everything in between. Different industries, same truth. A business grows when the right people can find it quickly, trust it right away, and reach it without friction.
I learned what makes someone pick up the phone, and just as important, what makes them give up and click away. That lesson is built into every tile on this site.
Two years at Google
I spent two years at Google, where I worked in national sales training. I saw from the inside how people search, what they click and why speed and clarity win. When I say patients want to "scroll and tap," it isn't a hunch. It's how people behave online.
An MBA in business marketing
I hold an MBA in Business Marketing from St. Peter's University. It gave me the discipline behind the instincts: understanding your market, positioning your practice and measuring what actually brings patients through the door.
Why this combination matters to you
Proof, not promises
I use this approach in my own business. At my short-term rental in Fort Lauderdale, guests used to call me for 30 minutes to an hour each and send email after email. After I built them a tile-based guide like this website, those calls and emails dropped to zero. Same questions, answered before anyone had to ask. That's the experience I want your patients, and your team, to have.
Why I love this work
I love taking an idea and making it real through technology. Some of what you see on this website are ideas I sketched out ten years ago, long before the tools existed to build them easily. Today they do, and I'm thrilled that I can finally turn those ideas into something practices can use every day.
Even better, I can offer my background and expertise at a very reasonable cost. That's what this is all about: new patients, new customers and better experiences. Saving your office time and money, and giving every patient a better experience, from the first tap on your website to the moment they leave the chair.
What working with me looks like
- We talk. I learn your practice: your team, your procedures, your patients and what's slowing your day down.
- I build. Your site is custom, not a template: your photos, your forms, your insurance plans, your voice.
- You approve. Nothing goes live until you've seen and signed off on every page.
- We launch and keep improving. New promotions, blog posts and updates, handled for you.
A better experience for your patients. A calmer day for your team. A phone that rings with the right calls. That's why it makes sense to work with me.
